muenster (339), Sevierville, Tennessee, USA May 10, 2007 Bottle. Pours hazy yellow/white with a white head. Aroma is spicy, full of corriander, banana, orange peel, and wheat. Flavor is the same, with a slightly lemony note as well. hoplover406 (204), Crofton, Maryland, USA May 5, 2007 Bottle. Some lemon & lime hop aroma, grass, a little coriander as well. This stuff looks like an unfiltered lemonade. Small creamy off white head with good lacing. Milky yellow in appearance. Acidic, tart / bitter flavor. Light in body, watery, fizzy carbo. Unremarkable. Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark May 1, 2007 Courtesy of After4ever/Tom! Light straw, hazy and an OK head. The aroma is sweetish with notes of sweet citrus and coriander. The flavour has a full body, is smooth and nice with the same notes as the aroma. The finish is long with notes of sweet citrus - it’s nice! 2008 JFURYCAT (782), East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 30, 2007 Bottle. Banana-wheat flavor with a splash of orange and a somewhat dry envelope but a wet mouth feel. A very drinkable wit which seems well balanced and lightly spiced. Nothing exuberant though. It has a bit of a bubblegum coat. BustedFlat (552), Edina, Minnesota, USA Apr 29, 2007 12 ounce bottle into a Weizen glass, hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma was quite nice with notes of yeast, spice, orange and citrus. The taste was similiar with spice, wheat and cloves, but the mouthfeel was watery. Not bad, but there are much better authentic Belgian style beers out there, for a price of course.
riversideAK (2648), Shoreline, Washington, USA Apr 29, 2007 The standard belgian wit aroma. Corriander spice, orange, etc. Yellowish and unfiltered. Flavor is orange, corriander, and wheat. Pretty standard here. A hundred times better than Sam White. Not my favorite style so I probably will not purchase again. We’ll see. LinusStick (1830), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 26, 2007 This is the best American made witbier I’ve had to date. Beautiful cloudy white with a puffy 2 finger head that laced the whole glass. Aroma of yeast and citrus. Taste was all citrus and a crisp wheaty finish. Refreshing and delicious. inkycaps (15), , Texas, USA Apr 26, 2007 Cloudy almost white color. Aroma of orange and lemon zests. Good wheat flavor.Easy to drink. Very light. Its nice.
