Banana-wheat flavor with a splash of orange and a somewhat dry envelope but a wet mouth feel. A very drinkable wit which seems well balanced and lightly spiced. Nothing exuberant though. It has a bit of a bubblegum coat. BustedFlat (552), Edina, Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Apr 29, 2007 12 ounce bottle into a Weizen glass, hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma was quite nice with notes of yeast, spice, orange and citrus. The taste was similiar with spice, wheat and cloves, but the mouthfeel was watery. Not bad, but there are much better authentic Belgian style beers out there, for a price of course.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 29, 2007 The standard belgian wit aroma. Corriander spice, orange, etc. Yellowish and unfiltered. Flavor is orange, corriander, and wheat. Pretty standard here. A hundred times better than Sam White. Not my favorite style so I probably will not purchase again. We’ll see.
