| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 2, 2007 This is a pretty passable, but drinkable white. It’s best quality is it’s unremarkableness. It’s a pretty bland Belgian Wit, some hints of grassy wheat. Pours with a pretty bland flat white head. Slightly sweet, but nothing exciting. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Apr 1, 2007 12-oz. Cloudy dark straw body with a thin white film of head that settles to the most minimal of lacing. Slight funk and plenty of sugar in the nose; there’s some definite yeasty tang in the attack and all the way through to the finish but it’s not sour or sharp. Tingly carb. Borderline sweet and fizzy but it stays just on the drinkable side. Not one to inspire a lot of high-volume consumption, but it’s a solid little beer that’s somewhere in the zip code of the style. Quaffable. nitrotrain (2), Lancaster, Ohio, USA does not count | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Mar 17, 2007 citrus, earthy, floral, cloudy, orange, white foam, lightly bitter, medium sweetness, lightly sour, full body, creamy, average carbonation, long finish, Lowe1983 (1029), Fairborn, Ohio, USA
