Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Bottle: First impression is concerning.... pale white with a thin white head. It reminds me of one of those mass brewed beers. But then taste is malty sweet, bready and fruity. Food Pairing: Ceviche.

On tap at Nashville’s Music City Brew Festival. Not really into this style but this one was alright. Light hazy yellowish body with a creamy head. Faint clove and wheat aroma.
