Nov 8, 2006 Color is unusually white and the aroma is thin. However, the flavor really jumps out. It is full of lemon, orange, and coriander. Delicious! The flavor doesn’t quite hold up as it warms but this is a great wit. It is crisp and clean and leaves you wanting more.

Nov 6, 2006 Pours a very light fizzy yellow (looks like fresca) with a thick white head. Aroma is very yeasty with some lemon and orange peel nose. Flavor mostly consist of yeast, also notes of fruit, citrus and mandarin. Not too bad.

Pale gold color. No head. Light wheat and citrus flavor. Some spiciness as well. Fizzy and a bit thin.
Need to revisit in the future...

Oct 26, 2006 Back to back with the Unibroue example, this is a bit better in my book. The aroma was much fruitier and very yeasty. Flavor of coriander and orange is well blended with the yeast character.

Oct 24, 2006 12oz bottle: Pours a golden yellow color, slightly cloudy. Smallish head, white, lasting. Citrusy hoppy aroma. Medium-strongish aroma. Fizzy strong citrus taste, hops. Clean aftertaste-fresh tasting. Watery light taste.

Oct 23, 2006 I am a big fan of witbier’s, and this is certainly an excellent choice for a midrange witbear. It smells of citrus herb and tastes like many witbiers, with a hint of fruit. Nothing spectacular though.

Oct 22, 2006 Pours a cloudy amber with a white head. Smells of coriander, oranges, some cloves. Tastes of light coriander. Some banana notes on the finish. Easy drinking wheat beer. Nothing special.

Oct 18, 2006 12oz bottle, no date. Pours a cloudy very light yellowish white with a quickly fading fizzy white head. Aroma of oranges, peppery spices, some sweet malts, and a tinge of yeast. Smells better than it tastes--the orange is subdued and there is slight pepper and yeast, though all tastes are blunted. There was a little bit of plastic as well. The aftertaste was kinda nasty--bitter with no other flavor, and not hoppy bitter. Medium bodied, light-medium carbonation. I was expecting from the taste for it to be more watery. This beer is kinda crappy.
