Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Bottle. Pours bright yellow, cloudy to the point of opacity, with rocky white head. The aroma is lemon and banana with some other random fruit and grain notes. The flavor is yeasty and slightly bitter with some zest, banana, raw wheat, and grass. Once in a while I can detect the corriander. Not a superior brew, not really as refreshing as I would like. But drinkable.

White/Gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma is wheaty and almost waxy with some citrus. The flavor is standard belgian white with nothing too exceptional. Easy to drink.

From the bottle, sitting in a porch swing watching a heck of a thunderstorm break open into a sweltering Austin night.

Pours a very light hazy beige with an ample head; the aroma is a bit of lemon-rind and spice, some alcohol, something sour, something perhaps slightly skunky (maybe this bottle, procured at the local drive-thru, was not in the best of condition?)

The flavor is pretty soft and pretty restrained; slightly sour, slight orange, a bit more spice, mostly just a sort of soda-pop vacuousness. The mouthfeel is fair enough for the style and I suppose it’s a relatively refreshing drink even if nothing too exceptional.

12oz bottle: Bottle conditioned. Pours to a bright yellow/golden/straw colored body with a small white head that quickly dies, though it does stick a bit around the edge of the glass without lacing. The aroma is light pepper, yeast, corriander, and hints of banana and sweet light malts. Taste is corriander, black pepper, yeast, banana, and some light esters, with some clear hints of orange rind, bread, and pale fresh malts. Light-medium bodied, lively carbonation, finishes with a bit of tingle on the tongue from carbonation, bitter orange rind and hops, along with some residual sweetness and pale malts.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. pours hazy yellow golden with a minimal white head. Aroma of wheat, belgian spices, banana, citrusy, pepper. Flavor is spicey, banana-like, carbonated, loved this one

I liked this one but I like wits in general. Orange, spice, a classic cloudy yellow color and just a little fruit. Good example of the American witbier Very light and easily drinkable.
