| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jun 1, 2009 Cloudy yellow pour with modest white head. Aroma is lemon, grapefruit, clove and coriander. Citrus aspects are very pronounced. Flavor is spicy- perhaps overly so, with copious amounts, giving way of citrus and spice. Palate is highly carbonated, giving way to a prickly, dry and nearly slimy mouth coating. Slightly uni-dimensional. Jblauvs (544), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

Pours the color of white grape juice with a small head. Big aroma for a wit - coriander, citrus and a bit of pepper. Perfect carbonation, though it’s a bit dilute. It has a nice, gentle flavor, though. Pretty good wit.
