Jun 1, 2009 Cloudy yellow pour with modest white head. Aroma is lemon, grapefruit, clove and coriander. Citrus aspects are very pronounced. Flavor is spicy- perhaps overly so, with copious amounts, giving way of citrus and spice. Palate is highly carbonated, giving way to a prickly, dry and nearly slimy mouth coating. Slightly uni-dimensional.

Jun 1, 2009 light almost lemonade color pour, white frothy head. aroma is orange peel and spice. flavor is a bit watery, some orange peel and lemon zest are present. the finish is quite nice, refreshing and a bit zesty.

May 31, 2009 Sampled at the Avery tasting at Blacklick Wine & Spirits. Opaque yellow color with a medium white head. Yeasty aroma of banana and clove with some sweet malt. Similar flavor and has a semi-watery finish.

May 21, 2009 Bouteille de 12 oz achetée chez Knightly Spirits (Orlando, FL). Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes et de coriandre. Apparence: La couleur est paille-blanchâtre avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de banane avec une pointe de coriandre et de citron. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. May 14, 2009 Tasted as part of the Avery Experience at Brouwer’s. Pours the color of white grape juice with a small head. Big aroma for a wit - coriander, citrus and a bit of pepper. Perfect carbonation, though it’s a bit dilute. It has a nice, gentle flavor, though. Pretty good wit.
