| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 31, 2008 Appearance: Pours a cloudy, light gold body with a small white head.
Smell: Aroma of honey and tangy-scented wheat malt with a full spiciness and notes of juicy orange peels.
Taste: Tangy, lightly sweet wheat malt followed by a brazen dose of coriander and orange peel (like taking a teensy weensy sip of triple sec). Touch of honey. Distinct pear fruitiness Spicy hops with a light bitterness. Pinch of coarse black pepper near the end. Orangey, spicy finish with a faint lingering sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: Tasty, but the additional spices are just a wee bit overbearing for me. tupalev (2618), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 28, 2005 Bottle: Wheaty, citrus and lots of clove in the aroma. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Malty banana and citrus flavor. Unlike the aroma, not a lot of clove in the flavor. Light sourness in the finish. A little light overall. 1FastSTi (2591), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Nov 17, 2005 Pours to a huge foamy white head atop a light hazy light golden body. Nice lacing. The aroma is a heavily spiced coriander, wheaty, and yeasty beer. The flavor is spicy orange and has a strangeness to it. Watery and bland mouthfeel. Nate (2569), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 27, 2004 Apricot, citrus, Belgian wit aroma, tea. Cloudy apricot amber with small head. Medium body with light carb. OK wit taste, fruity, light spices. Not bad for American take on Belgian wit but a little sweet. Bockyhorsey (2561), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 28, 2005 Spicy aroma to this one. Body looked like I squeezed pear juice in my glass. Decent white head with some lacing. Sweet fruity flavor but the acididy as it was going down the hatch wasn’t the best. But overall decent beer, worth a try, if nothing else just to check out that body color on this one. dwyerpg (2553), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

A nice crisp flavor with a little orange but isn’t overly fruity or wheaty. Mostly pretty nice. jgb9348 (2515), Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 3, 2004 Pale yellow/golden colour with a medium-large bubbled head. Aroma of coriander seed, curacao and some fresh wheat. Medium-bodied; Spicey initial flavour of coriander seed, corn, wheat, curacao and lemon. Aftertaste shows bubble gum and cloves as well as a slight drying feeling. Overall, a very impressive witbier from a great brewery! I got this twelve ounce bottle from Phil (haddon90) in Knoxville, Tennessee...thanks again Phil!
