Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Rather typical witbier aroma, some lemony citrus, coriander, herbal spice, orange peel and juicy sweetness. Hazy, pale yellow color, with a lasting, creamy head. Wheat malt and citrus up front, followed by a mild burst of spiciness and hop flavor, with a yeasty, fruity and quite zippy finish. Not a bad Wit.

Bottle. Pours a clear light blond brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a fine film. Aroma of Belgian yeast funk, some light multi-grian malt and a touch of flowery hops. Taste is light bodied, well carbonated with a spicy wheat and yeasty beverage flavor. Finish is slightly spicy with a grassy/wheat aftertaste.

The first half was a clear light gold pour the second half hazed gold. An aroma of clove and fruit. A flavor the same as the aroma. A really nice light crisp drinker at 5.5%. A slight after taste that might really eat at me if I drank too many.

On tap. hazy golden pour with a thin head. Aroma is of wheat, lightly hoppy with a little hint of citrus/orange. Mouthfeel is a little thick. A good wheat beer, tasty but nothing particular.
