| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 2, 2003 In a Blanche de Chambly glass. Hazy pale golden body with a tiny white head that leaves just a lace very fast. When leaning the glass from one side to the other, that tiny head remains stuck to the glass for a few seconds. Spicy aroma, lots of coriander. The taste reminds of wheat, oranges and lemon, but mainly coriander. Medium sourness and even a light bitterness toward the finish. The texture is pretty thin. One of the tastiest witbiers I've had for sure with more intense spicing and a slight alcohol hint. jcwattsrugger (5550), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

Body is lightly malty with lots of coriander and a hint of citrus. Lacks the balance of a great witbier, but refreshing nonetheless. hopscotch (5507), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 15, 2003 Looks like pear juice. Murky, very light yellow brew. Small, creamy, white head.
The nose holds citrus fruit, pepper, coriander and cilantro. Mandarin oranges and cinnamon as well.
Perfectly balanced, but a bit thin. Good, spicy flavor up front. Astringent and moderately bitter on the backside.
Light-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation.
Short, crisp, clean finish. ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark

Tastes of light coriander. Some banana notes on the finish. Easy drinking wheat beer. Nothing special. JoeMcPhee (5010), Jackson Heights, New York, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 16, 2005 Thanks to Legion242 for this one. 12 oz bottle. Very pale yellow beer with a sticky, but fast fading white head. Very cloudy. Aroma is very wheaty and a bit floury, marshmallowy, very light coriander and lemon citrus. There is a slight phenolic character as well. Flavour is a bit muddled, wheaty spice, tart acidity up front but is otherwise lacking complexity. Seems a bit green and somewhat under-developed. Finishes quite dry.
