Mar 30, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow white color with a small soapy head. Nose is orangepeel, clove, wheat, and yeast. Taste is watery and consists of spice and smooth wheat. Not bad but very average on every level.

Jul 5, 2008 Looks like a very pale yellow, aroma is citrusy and yeasty. Yeah, its alright, decent wit, but pretty in the grand scheme of beer. I really don’t have anything good or bad to say about it.

Jan 31, 2009 Citrus aroma and flavors combined with coriander and orange peel. Light bodied Wit with thin head and abnormal sized bubbles. Overall crisp, some yeast mustiness obviously an alternate to Hoegarden.

May 19, 2006 This is an ok belgian white. This is a lighter brew. Not my favorite, but good on a HOT day.

Aug 7, 2005 I’ve had this on several occations, but the rating is from a roving keg at the Avery 12th anniversary party. (Thanks guys! I was pretty stinking hot.) Pour is cloudy as can be, the color of natural suede leather, with a big billowy white head that settles in rocky cloud-like lumps. Aroma is yeast. Some kind of champagne tartness and low level citrus, but...mainly yeast. Flavor? Also yeast. Pretty dry with a bit of wheat sparkle. Nicely tart and refreshing on the palate. A monomaniacal ode to yeast. Not very complex, but the perfect beer to prove to somebody that a witbier is actually nicer with food than champagne.

Jan 23, 2009 On tap at Pizza Port. Pours a hazy yellow. Lemon zest, banana, spice, and wheat. It’s pretty standard. It would be a nice summer beer.

Jun 21, 2005 12oz. bottle: This one pours a bit fizzy. It creates a small white head that goes away rapidly. The beer pours a cloudy straw yellow color. There are hints of corriander and orange to the nose. Also a hint of breadiness. It is quite tasty. It is a medium wheat body, with reserved tastes of coriander and orange. A twinge of sourness to the finish. Quite refreshing. Thanks, Jay
