Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Lighter fare, but that’s to be expectes with the style. Personally I would look forward to more spice even though I generally do go for it in beer, that Pierre Celis turned me around on this style. Very easy to drink. Clean and refreshing, but add the C&C to a higher degree and please me, please.

Hazy sports drink look with little head. Strong aroma of corriander with some citrus and bit of toasted bread. Somewhat thin in body with a fruity, floral, corriander finish. Nice flavors, if somewhat straight ahead. Could use some work on the body though.

Beer #300 for me. 12 oz bottle. Very cloudy light orange color. Yeasty, fruity with some malt flavor behind it.

Bottle... Poured a vibrant, pastel yellow with a frothy, white head. Aroma is a bit musty, slight citrus and and a yeast tanginess. A solid crispness to the beer, citrus hops and yeast characters and a spices and coriander.

Pale hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, spices and citrus. Flavor is sweet yeasty and very spicy, too spicy. Has a little bitterness at the finish.

On tap at the Golden Rail. Pours a hazy yellow with a nice white cap. Aromas of wheat and yeast, with a bit of orangey citrus. Body is medium with a crisp light citrus note. Clean wit style finish, light and refreshing.
