Bottle. Pours cloudy lemonade, white head. Aroma is yeast, banana, clove, coriander, sausage, nutmeg. Flavor is banana, bubble gum, clove, wheat, yeast, a little on the watery side.

Bright pale white/gold pour. A little good funk with the yeast and wheat. On tap at Raleigh WBF, and one of my last pours. Notes are indecipherable, but I do know that I found this above average... but not too far above average.

appearance is cloudy opaque lemon color, almost like homemade lemonade. aroma is very witbier-like with the yeast and the corriander and the lemon and some of the orange zest. maybe a touch of clove but nothing to shake a stick at. flavor is very lemony. almost actually like the lemon sauce from chinese lemon chicken. other flavors include some corriander, some wheat, some yeast. nothing too much more, the lemon overpowers.

12oz bottle: Bottle conditioned. Pours to a bright yellow/golden/straw colored body with a small white head that quickly dies, though it does stick a bit around the edge of the glass without lacing. The aroma is light pepper, yeast, corriander, and hints of banana and sweet light malts. Taste is corriander, black pepper, yeast, banana, and some light esters, with some clear hints of orange rind, bread, and pale fresh malts. Light-medium bodied, lively carbonation, finishes with a bit of tingle on the tongue from carbonation, bitter orange rind and hops, along with some residual sweetness and pale malts.

Murky appearance thats easily visible through. Kind of looks like lemonade with a lot of sugar mixed in. Head is a lasting cover of white foam but will remain thin. A notice of orange in the aroma and also kind of smells like a flower that has been picked and is a day old. I can only find a few flavors worhty of mention; light dry orange peel, coriander, wheat, spice, and the taste of sweat. Nice to see a Belgian white put into market by a loveable brewery.

From the bottle, sitting in a porch swing watching a heck of a thunderstorm break open into a sweltering Austin night.

Pours a very light hazy beige with an ample head; the aroma is a bit of lemon-rind and spice, some alcohol, something sour, something perhaps slightly skunky (maybe this bottle, procured at the local drive-thru, was not in the best of condition?)

The flavor is pretty soft and pretty restrained; slightly sour, slight orange, a bit more spice, mostly just a sort of soda-pop vacuousness. The mouthfeel is fair enough for the style and I suppose it’s a relatively refreshing drink even if nothing too exceptional.

Bottle. Yeasty, and spicy aroma. Pale golden, very cloudy, with a soapy white head. Nice lacing. Light palate, yeasty citrus in flavor.

This is a good Belgian-style beer. It has a good deal of orange peel and coriander in the aroma. Wheat flavor is balanced by citrus flavor. Good drinking beer.
