Pours a slightly cloudy yello with a creamy white head. Aroma of wheat, malt, citrus, spices. Taste of wheat, spices and orange peel. Would really hit the spot on a hot summer day. papajohn (1055), San Diego (Mira Mesa), California, USA

But it was the worst I’ve had and I’m still a fan of Avery. Even thought I feel they’ve missed the mark it this style. jb (1044), Rochester, New York, USA

Slightly hazy, very pale, thick white head. Sour and bananas in the nose, similar palate but a little grainy. More like a hefe than a wit to me as I didn’t detect the oranges and coriander. They are subtle if they are there. bfeldmann (1042), Wilmington, Delaware, USA

Drank straight from the bottle... so I am unable to comment on the body of this beer. The aroma is some spice and yeast. Great taste, after awhile i could taste some more citrus in the finish. good solid wit. haddon90 (1036), Alexandria, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 7, 2004 Pale golden color. Somewhat cloudy. Nice white head that sticks to the glass. Aroma has citrus, lemon, banana, some spice too? Flavor could use a little bit more. Peppery, some citrus. Overall pretty good, but could use a little more to be a really good beer.
