Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Bottle:Cloudy, dull yellow color. Whe it is being poured it actually looks white. There is a small fizzy white head. I hate the aroma on these witbiers - it smells like a bunch of egg farts got stuck in a rubber factory. You can definitely taste the coriander in the flavor but not the orange peel as much - maybe in the aftertaste??? I just don’t prefer this style. I feel like I walked into a tire store and started licking the tires. Still, it’s from a quality brewery, so it gets and extra point. Thanks Indiana_Red.

Pours a very pale yellow, mostly cloudy with a tiny white watery head. Aroma is of orange peel and earthy musty dirt smell. Flavor is light wheat, orange, corriander, and spice. Moderately refreshing. A little dirty, and a lot of bite on the finish.

Pale azy yellow, with a spiced aroma. Taste is belgiany with bubblegum and spices with a dry phenolic finish. Standard product with a bdistinctly belgian twist.

Pale yellow gold, hazy with a small foamy white head. Yeasty, spicy aroma with undertones of orange peel. Coriander with a husky wheat malt character. Residual spiciness with orange zest in the finish. Mouthfeel is light and crisp.

bottle pours a light wheat color with not too much going for looks until you swirl the last of the yeast and dump it on. there we go a nice hazy color with a good looking layer of foam on the glass. the yeast really clouds it out and changes the smell as well. smell is wheat and spices, you can smell alcohol as well, some funky stringy looking floaters like fruit pulps in there too. taste is weak on the wheat, not too much spice and the alcohol is there in the taste as well which is odd for a 5.5% white. the carbination is what saves this and my interest, gives a nice mouth feel, and finishes pleasant and refreshing. somewhat dry but also refreshing, for a summer beer it is not too bad. that stringy floating stuff keeps my appearance rating low.

Bottle: First impression is concerning.... pale white with a thin white head. It reminds me of one of those mass brewed beers. But then taste is malty sweet, bready and fruity. Food Pairing: Ceviche.

Cloudy and hazy light golden-yellow color, spicy and earthy citrus aromas, decent white frothy head that sticks to the sides of the glass.Wheat with peppery and spicy yeast flavors, crisp carbonated mouthfeel, finishes clean and dry, great for the style, very refreshing and tasty.

Perfectly acceptable and refreshing summertime wit. Not a lot going on, but that’s the style. Clean and thirst quenching.
