It reminds me of one of those mass brewed beers. But then taste is malty sweet, bready and fruity. Food Pairing: Ceviche. MaxPower (961), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 13, 2007 Pours a lightly hazed straw color - that shows bright gold where it catches the light. The glass I used was too small to pour the whole bottle in. After a bit, I was able to stir up the yeast and dump the remaining beer - producing a much hazier straw color that refuses to catch the light. A quarter inch of white suds sticks around for quite a while. Decent lacing. Tangy wheat and a hint of lemon in the aroma.
Tasty with both sweet and dry tangy wheat malt, prominent coriander, and an orange zestiness. Initial sips (pre-swirl and dump) provided no yeast flavors, but afterwards they sure did. Light to medium body, light but lively carbonation. True to style, refreshing and drinkable. DrDavid (957), Johnson, Vermont, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Feb 26, 2006 Interesting aroma. Smells medicine like. Oooh, this one is not good. Funky aftertaste which tastes bad. Putrid! Almost a drain pour. Worst beer I’ve had in a long time and by far the worst beer I’ve had from Avery. topherh (940), Kearney, Missouri, USA
