Dec 14, 2009 Pours a hazy golden straw color with a white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus and spices. Flavor is citrus, coriander, tart wheat and a little breadiness.

Jul 3, 2005 Bottle - Pours a hazy, very pale yellow in color with a bright white head that quickly faded to a rim around the glass... some lacing. Aroma is a hefty malty/yeasty with some hints of citrus fruit. Flavor is of clove/banana like a weiss, but not as sour. Has the addition of the coriander and orange peel to provide the extra depth distinctive to a real Belgian Wit. It could use a bit more body, but this is good beer... I like it a lot...

Nov 18, 2005 Paid $1.50 for a 12-oz bottle. Very cloudy pale yellow with a 2" head. Not much of an aroma, but what’s there is very lemony. Flavor is full of tartness, but no defined lemon or other citrus flavor. Light on the spices and almost no finish.

Jun 2, 2008 I like everything about this one except the finish. It starts out sparkling refreshing with sweet citrus and spice but the finish is rather cheap tasting - kind of what I associate with a bland malty lager.

Jun 8, 2008 I had white rascal on Tap twice in Colorado. Garnished with a orange on a hot day, this beer was great. At night, when it was cooler at night, it was not quite the same. Has a nice color and cloudiness. Nice spices including the Orange taste. Nice head. Overall, a very nice white.
