Sep 16, 2008 Bottled. Pours cloudy yellow like a very thick lemonade. Aroma is sweet belgian yeast with banana/orange and spices. Flavor is fruity orange and a very thick wheat. Great malt body with some other lighter fruit flavors: lemon, banana, orange peel, light honey. The mouthfeel is very robust for this sytle, and really makes the fruit flavors more noticable as well. The wheat is enough to keep it from being overly sweet.

Mar 4, 2007 Bottle. Pale, pale straw. This beer is almost white. A slow careful pour leaves a modes white head and a clear beer. Wheat and yeast dominate the aroma, with the wheat smelling a bit raw. Light and spicy, with wheat dominating the flavor as well. This beer tastes about like it smells.

May 24, 2006 Bottle: Pretty decent little White beer. I could definitely drink this every day, especially come summer time. Im not a huge fan of Whitbiers, but this is pretty much spot-on. Some good flavors throughout.

May 1, 2009 Pours pale yellow with a medium foamy white head. Aroma is orange peel and sweet wheat malt.
Flavoir is light wheat spice and citrus tones. Fairly light body, and a slightly grainy finish.

Jun 26, 2007 Enjoyed this offering in my "MIGHTY HAMM’S GOBLET". Subtle nose of smoke & pepper, sawdust & spice. Pours a sparkling cloudy blonde. The mostly diminishing white frothy head is ample with light lace. Balanced on the tart side, this brew has a high acidity, and a quick fresh finish. The light palate is dry and fizzy.

Feb 21, 2009 Tap. Light notes of hay, moderate aromas of lemon, herbs, musty and barnyard with hints of clove, white wine, and pineapple. Head is creamy, white, with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is hazy pale yellow. Flavor is lightly sweet and acidic to start and finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery and has a lively carbonation. A Witbier with some nice complex aromas and light flavors to fit the style.
