Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a smallish head, colors very pale yellow, pleasant cloud of yeast, nose has yeast, usual spice, coriander, semi allspice, tastes of yeast, and spices. A pleasant summer wheat.

Nice strong aroma of banana and clove. The clove is very strong, and smells quite nice. The beer has a nice lemon yellow to it. This looks like a great witbier. Agree with other drinkers, this beer is watered down. Too thin to be a witbier. The clove is present in the taste as well, and the banana is very weak. I wish they would have continued the great aroma into the flavor. This beer is just too watered down to enjoy properly.

12 oz Bottle. Poured a light golden color w/a large foamy white head. Grassy aroma. Definite wheat/grain flavor w/some sweetness & spice, orange & cloves, & fresh dough flavor. Light easy drinking beer that has a little more flavor than many other samples of this style, a little more umph! Thick mouthfeel w/ a long finish.

Pours hazy gold with a decent sized head. Notes of bread and light wheat with some light fruit. The palate has nice hints f spice and fruit as well as some light hops flavor on the finish.

Not too cloudy for a Wit, but a fine beer nonetheless. One of the better domestic wits I have had in a while. Crazy great bottle art bro.

Light, hazy lemony yellow with mild head formation. Light moldering vegetation yeastiness, suggestion of citrus and honey in aroma. Flavor is much more orangey, very smooth and polished. Striated wheaty backbone. Assertive carbonation, moderately dry, quickly clearing finish. The yeast doesn’t work quite right, but this is pretty good nonetheless.

Bottle. Banana-wheat flavor with a splash of orange and a somewhat dry envelope but a wet mouth feel. A very drinkable wit which seems well balanced and lightly spiced. Nothing exuberant though. It has a bit of a bubblegum coat.

12oz bottle: Pours a golden yellow color, slightly cloudy. Smallish head, white, lasting. Citrusy hoppy aroma. Medium-strongish aroma. Fizzy strong citrus taste, hops. Clean aftertaste-fresh tasting. Watery light taste.
