Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Bottle (12oz). Hazy pale yellow with a large creamy-foamy lasting white head. Pretty typical aroma for the style - sharply yeasty/peppery/spicy hit, estery fruit, sweet malt backing. Taste is like yeast, candy, cinnamon and lemon juice - well done, quite quenching. Mouthfeel is a little thick and syrupy, sharply carbonated, very sweet and spicy - solid version, maybe not as soft, balanced or sophisticated as a good Belgian one, but I’m happy with it.

Appearance :Unappealing milky white , hazed foggy being with white floating fizz.1+
Nose :Aroma of Belgian White , coriander with wheat. Citric orange peel.
Flavour/Palate : Overly carbonated, softer following . Grainy wheat character with citric tart finish. Boring plain wheat with far too high carbonation. Poor choice.

Bottle. Hazy pastel yellow with a small white head. Yeasty aroma, very mild notes of lemon and hints of fruity orange. Light mild lemon citrus in the flavour, pleasant yeastiness and notes of sweet orange at times. Average but smooth wheat palate. A very nice wit that will not disappoint fans of the style. 7/3/7/3/15

Hazy yellow gold color. Small sized white colored foamy head. Aroma is citrusy and spicy, hints of orange, coriander and yeast. A medium bodied Belgian wit. Malts are fruity and sweet. Fairly spicy with orange peel, coriander and clove being predominate. Fine lively carbonation. Light and refreshing. It kind of bounces of the tongue. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry with a touch of alcohol bite. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Yet another winner from Avery.

This bottled brew from the BW3 in Fort Wayne, IN poured a medium sized head of white colored fine top medium sized bubbles that left behind a fair lace. The body was a softly carbonated transparent weak yellow pee color. The aroma was mildly malty and hoppy while favoring the hops. The mouth feel was smooth with no bite and a mild tingle. The flavor was malty and contained a few wheat notes.

Medium sediment fills this yellow beer without a head. Slight orange-yeasty aroma. I got the corriander right away in the first taste, but it greatly mellowed with more. This settled into a more even-keeled wheat beer along the lines of American style wheats as the more distinct fruit flavors diminished.

Draft at firewaters. I thought this was one of the better wits i’ve had, it seems this one is very hit or miss. Pours a straw pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma and flavor is spices, coriander, sweet malt, and some light hops with a nice dry finish. big fan.
