Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

This is lighter wheat ale that you can taste and get used to pretty quick. It is very cloudy and it stings your tounge, almost a numbing feeling like a real wheat ale should.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light golden color with a medium sized foamy head. Nice aroma full of spice and grain. Flavor is also nice.. Wheat, spice, and a nice sour undertone. I really like this one. Great summer beer.

Light and frothy head; beautifully yellow and golden with a clean-looking (evenly distributed) haze. Inviting nose filled with spices and an orange sweetness. Lively carbonation. Soft, rewarding mouthfeel. Immaculately balanced with a sweet & spicy interplay that made my mouth water well into the aftertaste. Perfect amount of coriander. Rich malts. Tasty yeast notes and a curacao citric/bitterness. Dryish, satiating finish. Overall, I found it very flavorful and refreshing. A bit on the sweet side for my blood, but that wonderful Saaz tamed it down and balanced it out wonderfully!

GABF 2003: Hazy light yellow with a large white head. Big bold lemon spice aroma with some oranges. Hmm... Medium bodied, ends slightly sweet, watery texture.
