Jul 27, 2004 Pretty, cloudy sunshine; moderate head and sustained; citrus oil nose. Very nice mouthfeel. Slight sting in the back of the mouth is nice in sn S&M sorta way. Dry finish. No overbearing citrus notes like the nose might suggest.

May 6, 2004 This is a light-flowing, easy drinking, spicy and tasty white ale. Mild tangerine type aroma. Very cloudy, pale yellow in color. Spice in the flavor, very tingly with a zippy finish. Nice brew. Thanks to ecrvich for the sample.

Oct 4, 2003 Cloudy and hazy light golden-yellow color, spicy and earthy citrus aromas, decent white frothy head that sticks to the sides of the glass.Wheat with peppery and spicy yeast flavors, crisp carbonated mouthfeel, finishes clean and dry, great for the style, very refreshing and tasty.

Jun 18, 2003 I didn't aggrivate the yeast enough, so mine didn't look as unfiltered as intended, but it did have a nice light, glowing yellow body, topped with an inch of fluff and great lacing. Fruity, slightly tangy, thinner malts (not a problem, just an observation). THe finish is great - I didn't really get any hops, it was all orange peel - especially on the sides of the tongue, coupled with a lighter coriander spice and a thin sweetness afterwords. Great!

Apr 6, 2008 Bottle from Cellars Lex-Larp (St. Paul). Fresh Belgian wheat aroma with banana esters. If every a beer was "white" this beer is white. Cloudy with lots of visible carbonation and a thin, white head. Maybe a little drier than I would have preferred. But otherwise a very good representation of the style. Not an exciting brew, but perhaps somewhat under appreciated.

Mar 31, 2004 Nice standard Belgian white. The coriander and orange were present just iike they should be. Pleasant aftertaste (a tad bitter). Very good.

Mar 15, 2008 Half pint draught. Wonderful white yellowish cloudy colour. Medium-sized white creamy head. Served with a lemon wedge. Refreshing light citrus aroma. Crisp fruity flavours. Very drinkable. Easily the best witbier I’ve had. Smooth yeasty texture. Light drying hop bitterness. A bit strong perhaps as it is quite round and the alcohol is noticeable.
