Hints of peanut butter, clove, coriander and orange peel are evident in the aroma. Mild spicing, dry on the palate, with a fairly strong wheat character and a serious and unique overall flavor. Light & fluffy. Notes of coriander, orange peel, peanut brittle and butter toffee. I especially like the finish. I’m glad I revisited this fine beer and I think I may pick up a 6 Pack, which is something I rarely do. Nice job Avery. TheGrandMaster (1870), Auckland, New Zealand

It sure looks the part, though: cloudy and very pale with a decent white head that sticks around for a while. Lots of citrus both in the nose and the flavor. Goes down pretty easy with a pleasant aftertaste. Goes great with pizza. BeerloverEJ21 (131), Georgia, USA

Ive never even heard of this beer, so I thought I’d give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. Pours a very pale orange color with a small head. Fruity, sweet aroma, very delitcate. Tastes like a typical belgian white, hints of citrus, mild bitterness. Had hints of peach in there that I found very intriguing, and rather enjoyed. Overall, a very good beer that i will likely drink again. GaltScat (195), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 3, 2008 The sediments on the bottom got me all excited. Pours a cloudy gold with a tall white head. Nose is fruity (melon and lemon) and yeasty with lots of wheat and light spice. There is some very light cardamom, coriander, and clove. Taste is wheat, grains, light spice (coriander and cardamom), and a bit of citrus. There’s an obvious Belgian yeast flavor throughout this. Body is light and refreshing. A thirst quencher even in January. Finishes with more grains, light spices, light lemon, and yeast. A really nice witbier, nonetheless. gatorbeer (148), Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 18, 2006 Hazy yellow, medium white head settling to a fine white ring that lasted to the bottom of the glass. LIght citrus and grassy aroma. Nice medium body with a fine, light carbonation. Some toffee sweetness is balnced by some spicy bitterness, leaving the finish dry, but short. I thought this was a pretty good Witbier. Skinnyviking (4170), Copenhagen, Denmark
