Aroma was dominated by spice as was the flavor, but wheat malt taste was there as was a little hop bitterness. A very good beer. JK (2955), Richfield, Minnesota, USA

They got the color right; heavily carbonated with a small head, but it lacks sediment. Sour citrus and wheat in the aroma. Flavor of light spices, sweet fruit, and citrus, but not sour at all. On the light side. Sweet wheat finish with a grapefruit aftertaste. dwyerpg (2537), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

A nice crisp flavor with a little orange but isn’t overly fruity or wheaty. Mostly pretty nice. BeerPrince (1701), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Taste of clove, yeast, banana and orange peel. Nice mouthfeel, round and creamy. Well made example of a witbier. Silphium (2137), Haslett, Michigan, USA

I have to admit I was quite impressed by White Rascal's appearance: very pale yellow with a thin white head, the ale looked like the signature of refreshment. But, as the librarians and cantankerous scribes tell us, do not judge a beer by its hue! The flavor was overwhelmed by coriander, making the wheat and orange peel accents an afterthought. I prefer a yeastier, wheatier witbier with just a touch of spice. If Avery toned down the spice, this could become a classic. guzzler67 (1281), Hanover, Maryland, USA

Dominant spice aroma with a hint of lemon grass. Tasty yeast body with a grain-like aftertaste. Sour bite in the finish. matta (1139), Tampa, Florida, USA

Well… I’ve seriously taking a liking to this beer, especially on draft. Very floral with orange peel… notes of marigold flowers… lightly tart.. I’m really digging it all of a sudden!
For some strange reason, Witt is just not a style that I have yet come to really love.
This Rascal poured a foggy golden straw colored body and a whipped white capped head. There were dense sheets of lacing draped all along the glass. The aroma and flavor bring a soft with notes of lemon, wheat, touch of orange zest, coriander, clove, rotting banana … the usual Belgian Witt ingredients. I don’t know what it is about Whitt that I just don’t care for… too yeasty? Too Tart and spicy? Too musty and doughy? For what it’s worth, this one was far better than many I’ve had!
