Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Clean wheat malt aroma with orange peel and light coriander on the aroma. Pours slightly hazy light yellow with nice size head and very lively carbonation. Taste is very dry with the coriander in the forefront. Finish starts with a smooth citrus mouthfeel, followed by a sour/bitter flavor. More of the smooth citrus of the finish incorporates itself in the initial taste further down the glass. Nice unique representation of the style.

Pours a very light yellow and hazy with a mostly receding white head. A hazy pour. The color of lemonade, very light, perhaps tan. Aroma of orange peel and coriander. Taste is spicy with a mix of orange, pepper, and wheat. Body is highly carbonated. Interesting...

A fine interpretation of a Belgium white. The coriander and spices are all in tact and the nose is aromatic. Great head retention. Personally, I think a Belgium white should have a thick mouthfeel/body,and this beer does the trick. Good summer brew for hot Houston summers. Well done thirst quencher.

Dulled lemon pour with a bright white head the pretty much sticks around. Honey wheat, grassy hops, fresh bread, earthy yeast and sweet orange peel make up the fantastic nose. Softly carbed and full bodied is a good combo for the style. The coriander and wheat are in balance with the fruity esthers kicked up by the yeast, but unfortunately the body thins out into a watery finish. A bit more meat would be welcome. Good stuff anyways.

Pale yellow. Big white head. Coriander and curacao big in the nose, also light yeast. Flavor same, crisp, refreshing. Light body, easy drinking, nice flavor. Good summer beer.

Courtesy of After4ever/Tom! Light straw, hazy and an OK head. The aroma is sweetish with notes of sweet citrus and coriander. The flavour has a full body, is smooth and nice with the same notes as the aroma. The finish is long with notes of sweet citrus - it’s nice! 2008

Draft at Down Town Johnny Brown’s. Expected wit appearance. Cirtrus and some spice on the aromas. More so on the flavor. Pretty good, refreshing, less of the wheat twang I dislike in this style.

Pours a very bubbly light gold with a thick and effervescent white head. Smells of wheat, light citrus, and orange peel. Flavor is light and refrshing although nothing too comlex. Tastes like a typical wit beer. You get that light citrus, yeast, and wheat. Extremely easy drinking. I could sit with this and watch footall all day long.
