Commercial Description:
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.

Tap @ Wild Moutain, Nederland, CO. Hazy yellow color, short head. Aroma of some citrus, bit yeast, some coriander. Typical belgian white style, citrussy, pretty ok.

Pale hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, spices and citrus. Flavor is sweet yeasty and very spicy, too spicy. Has a little bitterness at the finish.

Citrus aroma and flavors combined with coriander and orange peel. Light bodied Wit with thin head and abnormal sized bubbles. Overall crisp, some yeast mustiness obviously an alternate to Hoegarden.

Much lighter on the spices than other wits. Tastes more like a hefe at some points. Very white appearance, cloudy and bright. The flavor is again on the mild side with the spices, but with a heavy fruitiness from the yeast. Drinkable but nothing special.

This isn't a bad Wit. Pours a light gold color with a medium thin white head. Thin lacing. The aroma is nicely hopped with some citrus and spice thrown in as well. Light and crisp with flavors of citrus, clove, hops and other spices. The finish is somewhat wheaty and spicy. Overall a refreshing and crisp (if a little mundane) Wit.

White/Gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma is wheaty and almost waxy with some citrus. The flavor is standard belgian white with nothing too exceptional. Easy to drink.
