Hazy pale golden body with a tiny white head that leaves just a lace very fast. When leaning the glass from one side to the other, that tiny head remains stuck to the glass for a few seconds. Spicy aroma, lots of coriander. The taste reminds of wheat, oranges and lemon, but mainly coriander. Medium sourness and even a light bitterness toward the finish. The texture is pretty thin. One of the tastiest witbiers I've had for sure with more intense spicing and a slight alcohol hint. BelgianGirl (89), West Chester, Ohio, USA

Good flavor, sweet taste with some fruitiness. Overall good beer. Very easy to drink. Alcoholist (570), Peoria, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 4, 2004 A very pale yellow colour with a big frothy white head. Aroma is yeast and spice with a hint of malt and citrus hops underneath. Flavour starts sweet and yeasty with a citrus and spice middle and a dry acidic finish. This is the best American example of a Witbier out there. Damn good. aenimopiate (142), The United States of Texas, Texas, USA

The aroma is a pleasing mix of light fruits and yeast(imagine that). The taste and palate are both quite good, as this beer offers a delicious mix of fruits that please the mouth. alaskanwarren (286), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours light gold in color white a white head. Great aroma with the coriander and orange presenting themselves in a fairly subtle manner. The taste is crisp and very pleasant. Until he tasted this one, a friend of mine said that he doesn’t like beer at all. After the white rascal he likes beer. It leaves a great impression. csbosox (1081), Prairie Village, Kansas, USA

Nice wit spice aroma and some nice yeasty aromas too. Hazy gold with a small, but persistent, white head, maybe due to the coldness of the beer and a proper haze. Taste is wheat, coriander, curacao, yeast, vanilla, hay. There is also a nice tart/sour note and a lingering yeast flavor. Great summer beer and a nice example of the style. jtxx (141), san antonio, Texas, USA

The appearance is that of a cloudy pale honey with a frothy head. The aroma and taste offer a lot of citrus. Definately a good beer for the summer months.
