This beer is a pretty typical wit, with nice banana, orange, vanilla, wheat, and yeast notes. A little lactic on the taste, though overall pretty average for the style. Still a very nice drink from one of my favorite styles. radagast83 (1301), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 9, 2006 12 oz. bottle from Morgan’s. Bottle conditioned. Drank on 7/24/06. Nice looking wit. Cloudy, nice yellow, lemony color. 1+cm. creamy white head. Drops to a nice layer of foam. Nice lacing. Aroma - banana, cloves, and spice. Belgian yeast and I get a hint of the corriander and orange. Fairly strong. Flavor - Decent level of bitterness on the tongue. Smooth, light cold and refreshing in the middle. Banana, clove, orange, and spice flavors come out in the swallow and in the end. They are pretty light though, not overbearing at all. Palate - nice and light, refreshing. Higher than avg. carb. Overall - good. Not my favorite style, but this one is good. Nice and light, and the spice isn’t overdone at all. waolsen (1222), Littleton, Colorado, USA

Orange, spice, a classic cloudy yellow color and just a little fruit. Good example of the American witbier Very light and easily drinkable. Beerdedone (1885), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 3, 2008 Pours hazy peach straw colored with a thin fizzy head. Citrus, sour cream, wheaty, coriander and cloves aroma. Surprisingly yeasty flavor, citrus, some sour cream, and not a ton of spices like the aroma would suggest. Excellent drinkability, the yeast & orange peel together really adds that balancing character. Crisp soda like carbonation with a medium body. Good stuff, its hard to come across a proper wheat. jainsv (112), USA

It smells of citrus herb and tastes like many witbiers, with a hint of fruit. Nothing spectacular though.
