Great choice this very hot day. Poured nice and white/golden with a lightly yeasty aroma. Yeast is forefront with a cooling coriander fruitiness I immediately picked up on. Nothing revolutionary here by any means, been there done that, but still a very solid beer that made for a great quencher.

Dec 14, 2009 Pours a hazy golden straw color with a white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus and spices. Flavor is citrus, coriander, tart wheat and a little breadiness.

Nov 29, 2009 A pretty straight-forward, by the numbers witbier, but very tasty. The body of the beer is a cloudy golden-yellow with a brilliant white foamy head. Light coriander and sweet oranges in the aroma. Flavor has some nice citrus/orange notes going, light wheat with a slightly spicy finish. Nice and refreshing.

Nov 29, 2009 On tap at the Beer Engine into shaker. Pours a bright cloudy yellow with almost no head but a tiny white ring. Not a whole lot of aroma and the taste is just as weak. It just tastes like a flatter and more citrusy or spicy watered-down hefeweisen. Not a fan, very boring beer.

Nov 22, 2009 Pale azy yellow, with a spiced aroma. Taste is belgiany with bubblegum and spices with a dry phenolic finish. Standard product with a bdistinctly belgian twist.

Nov 18, 2009 Pours a strawlike yellow into the glass with a white head. Aroma is malted wheat with only a HINT of corriander or orange. This drinks more like a German hefe than a Belgian Wit. I perceive very little spice. However, I love it and it tastes GREAT after a run!

Fruity and slightly spicy aroma. Light golden coloured hazy in appearance and hoppy with a little dryness and bitterness in a crisp and creamy finish.

Nov 16, 2009 Appearance: Pours a very light yellow with just a touch of haze. Bubbly, pure white head that dissipates quickly.
Aroma: Strong and wheaty with some citrus and spice notes.
Flavor: At once tart and sweet, with hints of lemon, pepper and clove.
Mouthfeel: The beer is highly carbonated, creating a very crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. A somewhat earthy aftertaste.
Overall Impression: Overall, this is a solid example of the witbier style. A potent, lovely aroma gets the experience off to a good start, the nicely balanced flavors complement the aroma, and the energetic mouthfeel helps prolong the goodness.
Comments: I picked up this bottle at the Whole Foods in Tribeca.
