Commercial Description:
Dark chocolate in color, you can see a wonderful reflection if you hold it up to the light. It is round and soft with the warm, sweet aroma of freshly roasted malted barley. A satisfying, malty taste, with coffee-ish tones and a hint of plummy fruitiness in the finish. Complex and beautifully balanced.

Pours a deep dark brown. Aromas of roasted malts, smoke, and hints of fruit. Flavors of the roasted malts, some fruit, with a coffee aftertaste.

Appears copper with aubunr trim. Even layer of head across the glass. Aroma is alt caramel, and malt grain. Texture is pure and refined and is easily drunk. The malt has a very light sweet taste with mre flavor siding towards caramel most of all.

Bottled. Chocolat malts and caramel aroma. Brown color, beige head, good lace. Light sweet, dark caramel flavor, light bitter, chocolat in the finish, light herbal, light nutty. Medium body and light dry in the finish. Like a lighter version of the Celebrator.

Poured with a thick, lasting head and a deep coffee color. Tasted of molasses and as the description said, plums. The beer was highly enjoyable, and finished without a bitter finish.

Dark amber in color with a small off-white head. Slightly bitter, could be a little maltier. Thick mouthfeel.

Bottle (500ml). Poured glowing clear deep mahogany with a small off-white head. It’s a mild nose, but there’s peaty malt, some darker fruits, a bit raisiny. Taste is syrupy dark fruits and roast malt, there’s a bit of chocolate and plum in there, again a slight earthiness, but this finishes like a dry white wine, not as long or malty a finish as other dunkels I’ve had. Very pleasant, I’d drink it again.

Excellent beer. Rich amber color. Off white head. Nose is full of tomatoes. Dusty malts. Nice simple sweetness. Slight raisin. Flavors are powerful. Deep rich slight roastiness is primary. Slight ketchup on the edges. Tart and sweet all at once. Murky dryness in the finish. Kepps going. Carbonated evenly. This beer is excellent.

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark brown, clear beer with a light brownish head. Lovely malty character with some light caramel- and toffee notes. Very clasical for it’s style, but a bit too heavily carbonated. 010502
