Deep clear brown with a nice tan head. The flavor is sweet with chocolate and toffee and a slightly sour after taste. Medium bodied with a thin slick mouth feel, soft carbonation. Appearance of light brown and almost no head. Tastes similar to Newcastle with an aftertaste of very dark malts. Very balanced and enjoyable, though for the money Newcastle might be better.
