Really easy to drink, but also really good. Headbanger (1587), Aurora, Illinois, USA

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Sep 12, 2004 Pour was a brown that displayed red when held to the light. The head was huge, thick, creamy and beautiful. The aroma was nutty and lightly fruity. The flavor was hazelnut, and some other stuff that I couldn’t pin down. Just outstanding beer. Dunkle is quickly becoming one of my favorite styles.
