Aroma of caramel malt, slightly roasty, and dark fruit. Delicious flavour of toasty caramel malt, dark fruit, and a lightly bitter, dry chocolaty finish. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Nice mouthfeel, moderate carbonation, and 500ml bottle - Pours dark brown with a big, fluffy head that leaves nice lacing. I smelled malts, yeast, and dark fruit. The aroma has a lot of coffee, toffee, some grain, and a touch of dark fruit. The flavor is similar, but with a buttery toffee and dark fruit finish. Medium-light bodied with light carbonation. Complex and drinkable.
