Very cloudy yellow color with a very thick fluffy white head. Aroma is quite citrusy with yeast. Citrus fruity flavor, yeast and some spices mixed in. Light and refreshing. A nice all around hefe.

Jul 1, 2008 bottle thanks to metzlers in denton, tx. poured a hazy yellow with a thick white head that lasted forever. aroma is doughy and some citrus and banana. flavor is strong with banana and bread. overall a pretty good beer.

Jul 1, 2008 Pours a very hazy yellow with a lively head that disappears really fast. Nice yeasty aroma. Flavor is light malt and citrus--pretty straightforward hefe without some of the other classic flavors, like banana or spice.

Jun 30, 2008 Pours a hazy gold with a thick head. Nose of citrus, hops, malt, and banana. Taste great. Flavor is bread dough, banana, citrus, and malt. Very Good.

Jun 29, 2008 I found this to be an excellent wheat. I had it years ago and could not find it. Yesterday a girl I was with pulled one from her cooler and I almost fell over. So now I know where to get locally. This is what a sheat beer should be. It is full bodied had a pleasant aroma and a great flavor.

Jun 25, 2008 Pours a cloudy, medium gold color with a white, heavily carbonated head which disappears fairly quickly. Flavor has hints of banana and bubble gum. Carbonation is the most evident element of the finish. Overall, a decent Hefeweizen, but not great.
