| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 20, 2008 Pours ultra-frothy and fizzy head that lasted forever. Nice hazy golden-yellow color, the archetype for the hefeweizen. Citrusy and flowery aroma with elements of yeast, wheat, spices (clove, nutmeg), and banana. The perfect balance of typical hefeweizen flavours. Yet another superb brew from Ayinger.
