Oct 19, 2007 Pours a hazy amber yellow with a generous sustained rocky white head. Smells of bananas, lemons, cloves, some coriander and oranges. Tastes of bananas, some clove, bubblegum and hints of spice and pepper. Mouthfeel is full. About as good as you can get out of a hefeweizen in a bottle.

Oct 9, 2007 Smells like i expected. A little creamier of an aroma that most hefeweizens. Some yeast, some alcohol. Beautiful great white head. Cloudy golden, great. Very dry flavor, some fruitiness. Slightly spicy in the finish and the aftertaste. Full bubbly mouthfeel. I like it. Good beer, would drink it again.

Oct 7, 2007 Bottle. Poured nicely with a wonderful, thick white head. Head eventually dissipates to leave a very pale, slightly cloudy beer. What foam remains leaves nice legs on the glass. Scent of light yeast, reminiscent of a leffe blonde or other lighter belgian ale. For a beer this light feeling, there is still a luxurious mouthfeel here. This is a nice beer. Not really a style I prefer, but a great representation of it. Seems like it would be great after cutting the lawn on a hot day.

Oct 4, 2007 Bottle. I expected a little more out of this.Pours very nice. Thick white head that dissipates quick. The flavor is nice, there’s just not a lot. Good citrus notes though. Unfortunately probably not worth the price.

Oct 2, 2007 Bottle at Hotel in Munich. Creamy yellow and full head. Fruity nose. Really creamy and smooth (almost Czech.) Sweet taste of citrus. Also spicy and prickly mouthfeel. Quite good.

Oct 2, 2007 A great hefe from the country who knows how to do it. Pour was a nice murky gold with a 2 finger white head. Aroma was of banana and lemon with yeast in there as well. Taste was banana, lemon and wheat with a nice cold crisp mouthfeel and dry aftertaste> Very great for this style.

Oct 1, 2007 50cl bottle poured into weizen glass. Hazy yellow colour with nice carbonation and a creamy head that lasts. Good yeast and citrus flavours throughout. nice, quick finish. Enjoyable.

Sep 28, 2007 Hazy cream hefe yellow color. I do smell the yeast/fruity banana scent. Better than most wheats. Only a little citric. Not to thin, but easy to drink.
