Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

50cl bottle poured into weizen glass. Hazy yellow colour with nice carbonation and a creamy head that lasts. Good yeast and citrus flavours throughout. nice, quick finish. Enjoyable.

Hazy cream hefe yellow color. I do smell the yeast/fruity banana scent. Better than most wheats. Only a little citric. Not to thin, but easy to drink.

Very lemony taste, I liked it. Finished extremely well. Fruity-spicy would be an accurate description.

Bottled sample. Hazy dark yellow in colour with strong carbonation. Aromas of banana and lemons mix with flowery meadow elements, along with a bit of yeast. More bananas and lemons in the mouth, along with some mild wheat malt, yeast, and a bit of hop spice. This beer features an excellent palate which blends the thickness of the wheat with some citric sourness, and very soft carbonation. An excellent hefeweiss.

Aroma: strong yeast, slight lemon, almost a banana peel type of scent, and just a hint of clove. Appearance: clouded amber, highly carbonated, large foaming head with lacing. Flavor: wonderful! Not so bitter like normal beers, just a great taste. Leaves your mouth wet with a lasting flavor.

Draft. Hazy golden with white two finger head. Aroma of yeast and wheat malt. Taste more of the same, slightly pungent. Lemon and spices up front, moderate dry finish. Perfect summer brew.

500ml Bottle: has an orange, gold and honey hazy pour with a large white head that took awhile to receed, this beer is effervescent, lots of bananas and Bazooka gum powder aroma, fruit and yeast fragrances, taste is bread, citrus fruit, some pilsner malt and pepper, hops and citrus leave a small bitterness in the finish, the citrus bitterness in this beer appears to clear off the palate to make a clean and dry finish, easy to drink.

This weizenbier stands with my top three. It has all the best attributes with none of the negatives. Nowhere on Earth can any brewer come close to the Bavarian ( and some Austrian) weizenbiers. Once again I will forgo the cliche descriptions since nobody really reads all that stuff anyway.
