Commercial Description:
Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.

Hazy yellow-gold weisse capped with perfect dense, white head served in weizen glass. Banana, peach and yeasty esters with a hint of cloves in the nose. Sweet subacid fruits in the fore-palate, blending into sweet sourdough bread and finishing with cloves and light citrus. Body is smooth, light and effervescent. A refreshing and extremely well-balanced beer.

Bottled at The Oak Barrel, Vantaa Airport, Finland. Cloudy golden, creamy head. Peachy yeasty bandaid and banana esters. Medium sweet with mild custardy malt. Gently spritzy and creamy with good balance between esters and malt. Refreshing!

Hazy golden color with great think white head. Strong banana and citrus aroma. Great and extraordinary drinkable flavor of white, clean fruits, subdued spices, and nice bright citrus overtones.

Pretty damn good Wiesse beer. Good cloudy color, ok aroma, but solid wheaty flavor. So far- the best Wiesse beer available in my area (which has limited access to imports). Would fair mediocre in a list of solid bavarian Wiesse biers-
