Wheat beer glass @ Tyler’s Apex. Good aroma, sweet. Wheat, banana, mild spice. Cloudy, pale yellowy gold, color. Ok head & lace. Sweet sharp flavor. Like aroma. Lite body, smooth creamy mouthfeel, dry sweet finish. Tasty, real easy to drink, I’d say i like the aroma a little more than flavor, got a little more out of it, though not a significant difference. Might even bring me around to Hefe’s.....

Dec 9, 2009 Very good hefe weisse! Poured with a nice white head and a little lace. Color is a cloudy (yeast) amber. Aroma is malty, wheat, vanilla, honey, spice, and bananas. Lemon really shows up in the flavor which is satisfying and thirst quenching. Nice sweet- tart interplay. Excellent body and carbonation. Super drinkable. Clean finish. Absolutely a session beer.

Dec 2, 2009 (Bottle) Pours hazy golden with a fluffy head. The aroma is fantastic - lots of incense and clove-like phenols alongside banana, peach and strawberry esters. Rader floral as well. Bubblegum. The flavour is light sweet, light bitter and tiny acidic. Typical esters and phenols. Nice “pale” wheat character. The mouthfeel is clean and light acidic tart with medium carbonation. Tiny citric in the finish. Light to medium bodied.

Nov 25, 2009 Refigerated larger glass bottle. One of the best hefeweizens I have had. Pours hazy golden with fluffy white head. This hefeweizen’s flavor is dominated by banana and has some clove.

Nov 15, 2009 Pours hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Looks the way weiss beer should. Fresh aroma with notes of citrus and lots of banana. Rich full flavour. Lots of banana flavour, slightly spicy. Nice Weiss.
