Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Pours deep dark red with a tan head, medium sized. Aroma of wheat, malt, and cherry and other red fruits. Lots going on in this one, malt, raisin, plum, clove. Starts off sweet and ends up slightly sour. Just the right amount of carbonation. Absolutely amazing beer.

Deep brown with tan head. Very complex. Cherry, malt, chocolate, toffee. Some taste of hops, but smooth. Long aftertaste. Smells like a bakery.

Pours a dark brown almost black color, a little bit of creamy white head out of the bottle. The aroma is of sweet malt, grains, and warm alcohol. Nicely Carbonated. Very good beer, interesting taste, almost a mixture between a Guiness and a Cider to me. Has a warm alcohol with an almost fruit like aftertest.

Bottle pours deep black, almost opaque with thin tan head. Aroma is roasted malt and dark fruit. First taste is sweet roasted malt and some spice. The dark fruits are present in the middle, as well as the finish. There is something else in the finish I cant put my finger on. Very good doppelbock.

Poured into stem glass, Dark brown color with a frothy off white head. Not much lacing on glass. Smells of chocolate, flowers, burnt fruit, malt and caramel. Taste is complex but appearent is malts, hops, chocolate, fruits, licorice and a overall roasted flavor that adds a great balance to this beer. Alcohol and bitterness is in proportion and work well with the flavors. Palate is smooth, sturdy and leaves a great aftertaste on the back of the tongue. A great doppelbock.

Pours amber dark brown with white frothy head. Smells fruity and sweet with hints of chocolate and toffee. Tastes tart, sweet, and malty, with some roasty, chocolate, fermented fruit, and a little bitterness. Pretty good.
