Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

I got a 4 pack of this and it poured a dark amber with a nice head. There is a mild sweet taste and goes down very smooth. One of my favorite dopplebocks, highly recommend this beer!

Crushed with Jakebra. Beautiful pour. Nose is a little sweet. Coats your entire mouth, tastes awesome, and a dry finish that lasts until forever. Absolutely fantastic.

On tap at Oldsmar Tap House. Pours a dark brownish color, big reddish highlights and very creamy peach-tan head with gorgeous lacing. Aroma is big with candied fruit, peach, caramel, raisin, soft sinuous chocolate and apricot. Malty body, full of flavor and complexity. Nutty, dark fruits, brown sugar, peach, raisin, apricot, slight roast in the finish. Very good. Highly drinkable and surprisingly full-bodied and luscious considering the gravity. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Getting my notebook online. Bottle. Fruity, hoppy aroma. Very dark. Super caramel malt flavor. Gets chocolaty towards the bottom. Thick and dry palate. Great beer!

Pours a very dark brown in color, damn near black. Nice inch of mocha colored head forms on the pour. Smell is dark roasted malts and I’m getting a bit of cocoa/coffee. Taste is lots of toffee. Some more roasted malts. This is incredibly full and creamy on the mouthfeel. What a beer, I don’t recall having anything like this in a long while.

Very very interesting. Very dark with a lovely foamy tan head. Aroma is quite musty and moldy but the "fresh" aroma of the crystal comes through. Taste is moldy with a noticable background lager flavor. The flavor is accented with dark fruit and the finish is quite dry and very smoky. This is a very good, very drinkable beer. Very smooth and clean, something you should expect from a well-made lager. Spot on!

This is truely the holy grail of Doppelbocks. I don’t think I could write anything that the description doesn’t already explain. A must try.
