Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Bottle at Le Sous-Bock, Paris. Very dark brown with a healthy tan head. Molasses, nuts and dried fruits aroma. Flavours blend chocolate and nuts together with roasted malts. Rich and heavy. Well-balanced. Full-bodied, quite soft. Worth a celebration.

One of the finest Ayingers and that’s saying something since Ayinger makes some of the best German beers. Deliciously malty with a superb balance. One of the few beers I could drink over and over again without wanting to change things up.

In the court of the prince of beers... Man, this is a bulwark of dopplebocks. One of the very best. This one is an interpretation that is earthier and a bit more scrappy. Perhaps even a little more drinkable than the original dopplebock. Poured wth a nice tan head, fine and a bit creamy. Dark almost opaque brown. A little crisper in the mouth with excellent carbonation. A nice smokey character. Just enough bittersweetness to make you want to have another swallow. Beer at its best! Having a draft of this at Bodega Brew Pub downtown La Crosse, WI USA.

Pours dark brown with a reddish tinge. Smells like roasted malts and chocolate. Begins with a heavy roasted flavor and finishes with a bitter malt ending. A little coffee in there also. By the looks of it I was not expecting the carbonation that was hiding in there.

Bottle. Pours a very dark brown, maybe even black, with a ruby tinge. Aroma of dark fruits which follows in the flavor with a light roasted presence and some bitter chocolate. Very nice creamy texture is surprising and welcomed. Outstanding.

Dark brown color with small tan head. The flavor is sweet caramel, molasses, nuts and licorace. A slight hop presence helps to balance this sweet beer.

Clear dark brown with a slowly dissipating tan head. Aroma of brown sugar, toffee, caramel and nuts. Taste of brown sugar, toffee, caramel, molasses, light fruit and light alcohol. Medium bodied beer is smooth and malty with a smooth finish. Solid doppelbock, lived up to the hype.

Wow! This one was fantastic. Deep, dark black coloured body very plentiful in the tan head. Lots of rich chocolate and oaky aroma. Taste is a creamy malted flavor with plenty of syrupy coffee flavors as well. A new favorite of mine.
