Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Wonderfully complex, the bitter hoppy notes mix perfectly with the malty goodness. Fruits like plums and berries are somewhere in the background.

Bottle. Pours beautiful deep, rich brown with dark amber highlights. Nice aroma: coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, charred oak and I think that there’s just a hint of smoke lingering in the back. Creamy yet lively carbonation on the palate. Dry with some sweet malt hiding. Almost tastes like alcoholic coffee. I do find it a tad watery on the back of the palate. Finishes with some yeasty dryness.

Despite all the fanfare, I did not think this one was really slap-your-grandma good (yeah, I got that from "Honkytonk Badonkadonk"). Appearance is great: dark brown with a tan head that lingers longer than for most lagers. It is a fairly complex beer, with caramel, chocolate, fruits, and such, and while it is better than anything you will get at 99% of bars, I do not think it is quite one of the best in the world.

Sweet currant aroma, sweet plum first tastesticks around the entire brew could be just a little bit smoother for perfection

Deep garnet, oaky in color, pushing black. Its head disappears within seconds. Dark aromas of chocolate, and woods, especially oak, give way to a heavily malted flavor with a little coffee and a faint white wine. Silky and vinous. Needed quite a bit of warming.

Amazingly gorgeous dark ruby brown with a nice lasting tan head. Just beautiful. Molasses is dominant in the aroma. Awesomely dry with hints of coffee, molasses, smoke, and figs. Wonderful balance.

Huge creamy light brown head... almost total black body... slight red hue comes through. I pick up good amounts of fruit in the aroma, but its a bit light in strength. Apple, peach, concord grape. A bit toasty also. Tastes of burnt oak, cherry, blueberry, maple, molasses. Very sweet, but not overly or fake sweet. Slight burnt bitter finish. Fairly thick and creamy. I really enjoyed this beer.
