Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

You immediatly notice the the aroma of roasted malt, the color is a nice dark brown, Has a sweetness from the fruity tastes, and I loved it.

This is perhaps one of my favorite beers. Excellent color, aroma, taste, good head retention. Very malty and excellent use of hops. Alcohol pleasently noticable. Drinks easy. I even purchased a speacial glass to drink this. I will attempt to brew this some day.

One of my favorite 3 all-time beers. I have had this in several countries and around the US usually celebrating something! The best doublebock out there.

Pours deep deep cola brown with no head (maybe too cold). Beautiful port-like aroma, wih roasted malt, and barely a hint of coffee and chocolate.. Slightly sweet, a little raisiny, and lots of alcohol. Mouthfeel is smooth, deep cich caramel taste that develops more on the finish. Just the right bit of bitterness to alance the caramel, hints of roasted malt. Delicious beer.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is sweet, juicy, liquor like malt, dark fruits (mostly prunes), with some light hoppy notes in the background. Flavor is very reach, sweet malt and dark fruits with floral hops in the long finish. Simply Great!
