Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

One of the best beers I have ever had!!!!!!!! of roasted coffee and burt molasses with sweet malt and a balanced dryness toward the end. The alcohol content is well hidden. Smells of roasted coffee, burt molasses, and sweet maltiness. More balanced and better flavor than the Paulaner Salvator. I would love to drink more of these

On tap at The Red in Santa Cruz. Poured into the official Celebrator glass. Deep brown with ruby highlights and a fluffy light brown head that sticks around forever. Yeasty, malty aroma with coffee grounds and dried fruit. Toasty sweet malt flavors abound: coffee, milk chocolate, molasses, caramel. There is a slight hop flavor and a slight pepperiness. Fruity esters come into play with warmth. Modest carbonation results in a big chewiness. Smooth and sweet. Drinkability is great.

Very dark in color almost no light passes through. Smokey roasted coffee and chocolate aroma. think head. This is what I judge all other beers against.

WOW. Pours nearly black w/yellowish head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is ’Christmas’--Bitter chocollate, brown sugar and malt. Big coffee flavor with notes of caramel & smoke. Full, rich body, but not overpowering. Nice balance of malt with subtle, hoppy finish.

An aroma that merely hints at the taste enjoyment to follow. It appears plain to the nose and eye, but to the mouth, it is a tasty treat! Rich and creamy, but light on the palate.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is sweet, juicy, liquor like malt, dark fruits (mostly prunes), with some light hoppy notes in the background. Flavor is very reach, sweet malt and dark fruits with floral hops in the long finish. Simply Great!

Dark, rich, and malty without being overpowering. Roasted malt finish. One of my all time favorite beers.
