Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

As readily available as it is and I’m finally getting around to it??? The color of U-Bet Chocolate Syrup with a fluffy caramel colored head. Very nearly opaque. Aroma of warm chocolate sauce that in it of itself is filling (much in the same way as Storm King Imperial Stout). Sweet and vinuous on the tongue with no noticeable hop feel (probably due to the intense maltiness). Deep roasted chocolate flavor with a bevvy of prunes and dates as well.

Wow. I was blown away. After the initial head it was very flat but had a smooth, pleasant flavor. The alcohol was neatly masked by the incredibly complex flavors and the great mouthfeel.

When I first had this one back in college I wasn’t ready for it. Over time bocks have become some of my favorite brews and Celebrator is at the top of the list.

Very heavy and rich. The head is a wierd grayish brown color. Totally sweet. Loads of roasted malt, with a very full body. Sort of like a milder version of Samichlaus. My idea of a perfect beer, especially for the frigid months.

Wow. Well what can I say. I had about 4 or 5 sips of this beer but it blew me away. Sultry, but smooth. Delicious and delectable, but not offensive. I will look forward to having this again and again. Very much a good beer for a celebration. Yay Germany.
