Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

This is a perfect beer to match with a good cigar- roasted malt and rich port-like flavor-excellent aroma.

Bottle, the aroma is of incredible caramel with a bit of malt scent. The taste is malt, malt and more malt and it is absolutely delicious. Amazing terrific beer, would buy again immediately

What a wonderful brew. The Celebrator pours a black color with a very full brown head. The head stays around awhile. The aroma is fantastic, it reminds me of black licorice and coffee. The taste is very smooth--with an incredible mouthfeel. The flavors are of espresso and dark chocolates. One of the best tasting beers I’ve had to date. A great finish, with lots of sweet malts in the aftertaste. I could put these away all night!

Color is very dark brown with a light tan head. Aroma is sweet and earthy - bread and spicey hops. Flavor is malty, roasted grain, toasted bread, well balanced with spicey noble hops, dry finish. Mouthfeel is just right - not too thin, not too bubbly, but not syrupy. I find them to taste better than Paulaner Salvator or Spaten Optimator.

This supreme dopplebock is dark amber in color (nearly black) and pours with a rich, complex body. The moderate initial head leaves a nice lace throughout. The powerful, robust flavors have a oak-aged foundation to them and include chocolate, coffee and a hint of raisens/cherries. The mouthfeel is perfectly smooth and thick while the finish is firm and satisifying. An almost perfectly blended beer that I appreciate more and more as I try other - inferior - brews.
