Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

This one is a staple in my fridge!! Must be slippin’. While admittidly that this is by far one of my favorite brews, I will give it an honest review. The pour is incredible, with a dark garnet hue that looks beautiful up to the light. Aroma is astounding with malt playing the major role here. Hints of anise, tangerine, molasses and caramel are evident. Mouthfeel is wonderful. It lets you know you’ve got something swishing around in there. Flavor of coffee, some maple, molasses and the ever present malt is huge. Incredible beer and one that should be tried by all. Very well done and a true favorite.

Draft at the Ayinger brauhaus. Simply put this is my absolute favorite doppel bock. Pours dark brown, with medium head. Taste is sweet and malt and the flavor is almost candyish but in a good way. Clean finish, just a great all around beer.

Very deep ruby/brown and has a brown head with some longevity to it. Powerful aroma -- chocolate, caramel, toffee, coffee. Terrific sweet/roasty balance on the tongue. Surely plenty for the palate to work with; plenty strong, but not overpowering. A wonderful, wonderful beer.

One of my favorites of all time, which is a long time being that I’m 19. Not much can be said that hasn’t been said a thousand times. This is how a maltly beer should tatse. It’s so drinkable. Clings to glass with 3-dimentional lacing. Worthy of its title.

Your nose can’t help but go wild as you begin to pour. Has a deep, complex flavor that is overflowing with roasted malt. An overall lovely and robust beer.

Great looking pour as a clear, dark brown with a big tan head. Aroma of raisins, dark fruit, roasted malt, some alcohol. Taste is top notch, with the roasted malt, brown sugar, and overripe fruit competing with the nice balance of hops and raisins. Absolutely fantastic beer that I enjoy every time. The bottle itself is worth the money. And you get to keep the little sheep necklace.
