Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

chocolate, earthy, light brown head, cloudy, brown foam, full body, thick feel, long finish. The wait is finally over; i’ve had my eye on this beer for quite some time. It’s a beer drinkers beer!

Pours a purple/black color with a nice thick light-cocoa colored head. Very aromatic malt aromas with notes of baking fruit cake, oloroso sherry, figs, and burnt sugar. Thick, chewy palate with complex flavors of sweet roasted malts, candied dark fruits, expresso, and spiced brandy. Long lingering finish with an iron-like acidity, and suggestions of licorice, bitter dark chocolate, and strong coffee. This beer is a very warming and appetizing. Try with tiramisu or a rich chocolate dessert.

Bottle and tap. A classic, not to be missed! When spring rolls around it’s time for a celebration. Or a Celebrator! Don’t be fouled, This Wild and Complex brew will have the cop’s reading you the riot act if not handled with care. One hell of a Doppel! Cheers!

It pour a beautiful dark brown/black, also had a thick brown head that settled to a pure white. It had a very full bodied taste. Tastes of carmel and mocha. Slight bitter finish but not over bearing at all.

Pours deep dark red with a tan head, medium sized. Aroma of wheat, malt, and cherry and other red fruits. Lots going on in this one, malt, raisin, plum, clove. Starts off sweet and ends up slightly sour. Just the right amount of carbonation. Absolutely amazing beer.

Poured from an 11.5oz bottlle. Dark brown with a bit of red when held up to a bright light source. Thick, longlasting, tan head. Aroma of malt with a hint of raisins. Very thick malty taste with a nice hop balance on the finish. This is my first experience with a doppelbock. I can’t imagine one that could be better.

Great looking pour as a clear, dark brown with a big tan head. Aroma of raisins, dark fruit, roasted malt, some alcohol. Taste is top notch, with the roasted malt, brown sugar, and overripe fruit competing with the nice balance of hops and raisins. Absolutely fantastic beer that I enjoy every time. The bottle itself is worth the money. And you get to keep the little sheep necklace.

Overall I would have to say this was a great beer. It had a nice mix of coffee and fruity flavors.
