Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

12 oz bottle. Dark brown color. Very malty and has a chocolately flavor. Hoppy as well. I have to say that this is a fantastic beer and I could drink this every single day of my life if this was the only beer I could drink.

Beautiful color dark and rich. Small tan head, Powerful taste as strong as its color, but not overpowering. Smooth from begining to end a wonderful fruit and roasted taste. Love this one!

A very nice roasted aroma. Roasty flavor as well. Great balance in this brew. Small white head, slight carbonated feeling. Flavor is near perfection, my tastebuds are prancing and dancing and having a little party all over my tounge. And its not only a party its a status-9 rager. An excellently made beer.

12 oz. bottle. Beautiful dark brown with a frothy tan head. Sweet malty nose with hints of caramel. Coats the tongue with roasted malt flavor that just lingers on and on. Sweet molasses finish with practically no hop bitterness in evidence. Doppelbocks just don’t get any better than this.

Initial aromas of molasses and mocha. Wow!!...diddn’t expect the smoky taste intertwined with a dark chocolate flavor. Color is reminiscent of an almost flat pepsi. The texture is clean and not too heavy, balanced very well. I can’t seem to find anything I don’t like about this beer, even the finish just leaves you wanting another sip.

11.2oz bottle - Pours a beautiful deep brown with a hint of red, nearly opaque. Head is thin and a nice tan complementing the richness of the beer itself. Very creamy and smooth, with a slight warming sensation. Intricate flavors to savor in the beginning with a dark roasted chocalate/caramel finish that lingers pleasantly in the mouth.

jet black pour with a porter-esque head straight from the bottle. the head recedes to just a faint hint of silk and richness around the edges. aromas of a milky way bar blend with gooey toffee and mildly roasted espresso beans. dark raisins are the predominant fruit i get, as well as ripe plum. also, there is an element of homemade deep-south molasses. the taste matches it completely, and the finish lingers with that dark fruit concoction and a mild fizziness. there’s also a chocolate element here that is just an undertone, but i can’t place it. best doppelbock i’ve had.

Pours a wonderful red color, with a nice sweet, malty aroma. The flavor is wonderful, complex, and just first-class. I don’t think I can add anything new to this debate or to say anything further about such an incredible beer. This is a winner through and through.
